   The Trend Micro virus scan engine, VSAPI (short for Virus Scan
   Application Program Interface) is a robust, industry-leading,
   carrier class virus scanning and cleaning module. It is at the
   heart of all Trend Micro enterprise and personal antivirus
   products.

   1.1 Overview of This Release
   =====================================================================
   VSAPI 11.000-1006 is the official release that include 
   several new features and enhancements for Windows DLL, KD, 
   and various unix-like platform. 
   They also include all applicable bug fixes released earlier. 

   1.2 Who Should Install This Release

   Install this release if you are running an earlier VSAPI version,
   especially if you are experiencing issues.
