License Agreement =================================================================== 1. Overview of this Critical Patch Release ======================================================================== This critical patch resolves the following issues: Issue 1: When EUQ authentication is performed through an SMTP server, InterScan Messaging Security Virtual Appliance (IMSVA) sends EUQ digest messages without checking if the recipients' domains are internal addresses. As a result, IMSVA may send the digest message to external email addresses. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Solution 1: This critical patch ensures that EUQ digest messages are sent to addresses with domain names that are in the configured "Internal Addresses" list. Issue 2: IMSVA may not be able to detect spyware after the VSAPI engine is updated to version 10.0 or any later version. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Solution 2: This critical patch ensures that VSAPI engine versions from version 10.0 and higher can successfully detect spyware. 1.1 Files Included in this Release ===================================================================== A.
