     Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security protects small business 
     users and assets from data theft, identity theft, risky websites, 
     and spam (Advanced Only).


     1.1 Overview of This Release
     ===================================================================
     This release contains solutions to known issues discovered after 
     the release of Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 Service Pack 1.


     1.2 Who Should Install This Release
     ===================================================================
     You should install this patch if you are running any build of 
     Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 Service Pack 1.
     
    
  2. What's New
  ======================================================================
     This release includes the following enhancements and resolves the    
     the following known issues:

     2.1 Enhancements
     ===================================================================
     The following enhancements are included in this patch:

     Enhancement 1: Windows Update - This Patch enables Worry-Free 
                    Business Security to support the Microsoft(TM) 
                    Windows(TM) 10 May 2021 Update.

     Enhancement 2: (SEG-107343)
                    Web Browser Support - This Patch enables Worry-Free 
                    Business Security to check URLs and websites in 
                    version 90.0 of the Google(TM) Chrome(TM) web
                    browser.

     Enhancement 3: (SEG-93653)
                    Security Agent Console - This Patch enables the
                    Worry-Free Business Security Agent to automatically 
                    align the date format on the Security Agent console 
                    with the date configuration of each computer.


     2.2 Resolved Known Issues
     ===================================================================
     This patch resolves the following issues:

     Issue 1:     (SEG-106138)
                  Tool Vulnerability Scanner (TMVS) might stop 
                  unexpectedly on the Windows 10 platform.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 1:  This Patch resolves this issue.  

     Issue 2:     (SEG-56363)
                  The Threat Encyclopedia link redirects to the wrong
                  website.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 2:  This Patch updates the link to the correct URL. 

     Issue 3:     (SEG-106170)
                  The "Restart browser" warning message pops up 
                  repeatedly on Security Agents after an update.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 3:  This Patch resolves this issue. 
 
     Issue 4:     (SEG-108013)
                  The "xpupg.exe" process may stop unexpectedly while 
                  the Security Agent restarts or applies updates.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 4:  This Patch resolves this issue.

     Issue 5:     (SEG-103364)
                  The Web Reputation rating server is configured in
                  English.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 5:  This Patch ensures that the Web Reputation rating
                  server language setting is localized.

     Issue 6:     (SEG-88947) 
                  The "Virus Pattern" information does not display on
                  the Security Server console in Conventional Scan mode.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 6:  This Patch ensures that the "Virus Pattern" 
                  information appears on the Security Server console.

     Issue 7:     (SEG-107298)
                  An issue may prevent Security Agents from retrieving 
                  the latest virus definitions.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 7:  This Patch resolves the issue to ensure that Security
                  Agents retrieves the latest virus definitions.

     Issue 8:     (SEG-108157)
                  When users view the device list and sort the items on
                  the list, the sorting order reverts to default on the
                  next page.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 8:  This Patch helps ensure that the sorting order is
                  preserved on each page of the list.

     Issue 9:     (SEG-110518)
                  A performance issue occurs on protected computers 
                  because the event throttling setting is missing.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 9:  This Patch reinstates the event throttling setting to
                  prevent the performance issue.

  4. System Requirements
  ======================================================================
     You must install Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 Service Pack 1 
     before installing this Patch.     


  5. Installation
  ======================================================================
     This section explains key steps for installing the Patch.


     5.1 Installing
     ===================================================================
     To install:

     1. Copy the patch executable file to a temporary folder, for 
        example, "C:\temp".

     2. Double-click the file. The modules are automatically copied to
        the correct destination.
      
     This patch installation package automatically rolls back the 
     Security Server to its previous configuration if there are
     problems during installation.

     If you encounter problems after installation, manually roll back 
     the Security Server to the original configuration.


     5.2 Uninstalling
     ===================================================================
     To manually roll back to the previous build:

     1. Locate the backup folder that the patch package created in the 
        "\PCCSRV\Backup\Patch_B2329" directory.

     2. Copy the backup modules to the original folders.

     3. Run the "TmTouch.exe" tool to trigger the hotfix mechanism.

        To run "TmTouch.exe": 

        a. Open a command prompt on the server.

        b. At the command prompt, browse to 
           "PCCSRV\admin\utility\touch". 

        c. Use the following syntax to run the touch tool:

           TmTouch.exe {filename}

           NOTE: {filename} is the file that you want to roll back.
  
        "TmTouch.exe" changes the file creation date to the current 
        system time.


  6. Post-installation Configuration
  ======================================================================
     No post-installation steps are required.

     NOTE: Trend Micro recommends that you update your scan engine and
           virus pattern files immediately after installing the product.


  7. Known Issues
  ======================================================================
     The following are known issues for this release:

     7.1 Script Analyzer does not work on Edge Chromium
     -------------------------------------------------------------------
     This happens because of an API change in Edge Chromium.
 
     7.2 Web Reputation/URL Filtering blocking page does not display.
     -------------------------------------------------------------------
     The Trend Micro blocking page does not display when a Web 
     Reputation or a URL Filtering detection occurs on Edge Chromium and 
     Google Chrome 90 or any higher version. However, the website that
     the user attempted to visit that triggered the detection is blocked
     and a detection log is generated.
