Installation ====================================================================== NOTE: Install this critical patch on the central controller running IMSS for Windows 7.5 Patch 1 if you are using distributed deployment mode. 4.1 Installing =================================================================== To install: 1. Copy the "imss_75_win32_en_criticalpatch1463.0.exe" file to a local folder. 2. Run the "imss_75_win32_en_criticalpatch1463.0.exe" file. 3. In the "Setup" screen, click "Install" and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation. The "Installation successful!" message appears after the system completes the installation. NOTE: For rollback purposes, the installation program moves the original IMSS files to the following location: IMSS75_INSTALL_DIRECTORY\temp\CriticalPatch14630\backup 4.2 Uninstallation =================================================================== To roll back to the previous build: 1. Open the "IMSS75_INSTALL_DIRECTORY\temp\CriticalPatch14630\backup" folder. 2. Run "uninstall.bat" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the rollback process. The "Remove installation successful!" message appears after the system completes the rollback process. 5. Post-installation Configuration ====================================================================== No post-installation steps are required. NOTE: Trend Micro recommends that you update your scan engine and virus pattern files immediately after installing the product. 6.
