Hotfix Release Information ============================================================================== 1.1 Resolved Known Issues ============================================================================ This hotfix resolves the following issue(s): [Hotfix 3748] Issue: Control Manager uses RSA algorithms to encrypt logon information. In some cases, the length of parameters for RSA algorithms may generate a false decryption message in Control Manager, which prevents a succesful logon. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Solution: This hotfix resolves the false decryption issue. [Hotfix 3747] Issue: Control Manager displays a "500" error code on the "Product Directory" page when the parent Control Manager receives empty data from a child Control Manager. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Solution: This hotfix resolves the issue to help ensure that the "Product Directory" page displays normally. [Hotfix 3742] Issue: When users log on to the Control Manager console, Control Manager immediately logs off the users from the console. This issue occurs if Control Manager is behind the Network Address Translation (NAT), or the Control Manager host server itself cannot point the IP address/FQDN (that the user uses to browse Control Manager) to the Control Manager host server IP address. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Solution: This hotfix resolves this issue. [Hotfix 3738] Issue: Control Manager may not be able to import new entries when there is a large number of Personal Firewall Logs. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Solution: This hotfix extends the Control Manager database key field to enable it to accept new entries when there is a large number of Personal Firewall Logs. [Hotfix 3729] Issue: An issue prevents Control Manager from syncing with the Trend Micro Deep Security(TM) Manager server after configuring it to do so in the "Active Directory and Widget Settings" page. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Solution: This hotfix resolves the issue to ensure that Control Manager can sync with the Deep Security Manager server after being configured through the "Active Directory and Widget Settings" page. 1.2 Enhancements ============================================================================ There are no enhancements for this hotfix release.
