     Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security protects small business 
     users and assets from data theft, identity theft, risky websites, 
     and spam (Advanced Only).


     1.1 Overview of This Release
     ===================================================================
     This release contains solutions to known issues discovered after 
     the release of Worry-Free Business Security 10.0.


     1.2 Who Should Install This Release
     ===================================================================
     You should install this patch if you are running any build of 
     Worry-Free Business Security 10.0.

     This release includes the following enhancement and resolves the    
     the following known issues:

     2.2 Resolved Known Issues
     ===================================================================
     This patch resolves the following issues:

     Issue 1:    (SEG-32037)
                 AutoUpdate process may stop unexpectedly because of 
                 exception errors of log parsing.
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 1: This patch updates the Security Server to enable it to 
                 handle exception errors while parsing logs. 
     ---------------------------------------------------------------------
     Issue 2:    (SEG-34970)
                 Some pages of the Security Server web console take a long 
                 time to load.
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 2: This patch updates the loading procedure to prevent 
                 this performance issue.
     ---------------------------------------------------------------------
     Issue 3:    (SEG-33011)
                 Worry free business security agent's Popup alert may not 
                 be displayed correctly.
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 3: This patch updates the mapping between events and the 
                 corresponding messages to display the correct information.
     ---------------------------------------------------------------------
     Issue 4:    (SEG-31806)
                 In Worry-Free Business Security 10.0, "IpXfer.exe" 
                 still requires the agent password, which triggers 
                 issues when "IpXfer.exe" is used for automation.
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 4: This patch resolves the issue by ensuring that when 
                 "IpXfer.exe" no longer requires the agent password when
                 it is used for automation.

     Issue 5:    (SEG-34646)
                 HTTPS web threat function does not work on certain browsers 
                 after saving global settings.
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 5: This patch fixes the issue.
     -------------------------------------------------------------------
     Issue 6:    (SEG-32952)
                 The "Best practices for ransomware prevention" link in 
                 the "Ransomware Summary" page redirects to the wrong 
                 web page. 
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 6: This patch replaces the URL with the correct one.
     ------------------------------------------------------------------- 
     Issue 7:    (SEG-30879)
                 The Trend Micro Anti-spam addin does not load in the
                 32-bit version of Outlook 2016 on 64-bit operating 
                 systems and the addin location information on the 
                 "COM Add-ins" pop-up page is blank.
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 7: This patch resolves the issue by ensuring that
                 registry keys are handled correctly for the 32-bit 
                 Office 2016 Click-to-run on 64-bit operating systems.

     Issue 8:    (SEG-30879)
                 The Trend Micro Anti-spam addin does not load in the
                 32-bit version of Outlook 2010 on 64-bit operating 
                 systems but the COM Add-ins page displays the addin 
                 location information.
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 8: This patch resolves the issue by ensuring that 
                 registry keys are handled correctly for 32-bit programs
                 on 64-bit operating systems.

     Issue 9:    (SEG-35874)
                 The URL Filter Category cannot be displayed correctly 
                 because it is in a language that is different from the 
                 local L10N setting. 
               ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 9: This patch ensures that the URL Filter Category can be
                 displayed correctly by updating L10N resources.

  4. System Requirements
  ======================================================================
     You must install Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 before 
     installing this patch.     


  5. Installation
  ======================================================================
     This section explains key steps for installing the patch.


     5.1 Installing
     ===================================================================
     To install:

     1. Copy the patch executable file to a temporary folder, for 
        example, "C:\temp".

     2. Double-click the file. The modules are automatically copied to
        the correct destination.
      
     This patch installation package automatically rolls back the 
     Security Server to its previous configuration if there are
     problems during installation.

     If you encounter problems after installation, manually roll back 
     the Security Server to the original configuration.


     4.2 Uninstalling
     ===================================================================
     To manually roll back to the previous build:

     1. Locate the backup folder that the patch package created in the 
        "\PCCSRV\Backup\Patch_B1470" directory.

     2. Copy the backup modules to the original folders.

     3. Run the "TmTouch.exe" tool to trigger the hotfix mechanism.

        To run "TmTouch.exe": 

        a. Open a command prompt on the server.

        b. At the command prompt, browse to 
           "PCCSRV\admin\utility\touch". 

        c. Use the following syntax to run the touch tool:

           TmTouch.exe {filename}

           Note: {filename} is the file that you want to roll back.
  
        "TmTouch.exe" changes the file creation date to the current 
        system time.


  6. Post-installation Configuration
  ======================================================================
     No post-installation steps are required.

     NOTE: Trend Micro recommends that you update your scan engine and
           virus pattern files immediately after installing the product.
