This Critical Patch resolves the following issue(s):

Issue 1:    Pre-scan may stop responding while installing the agent
            because it attempts to scan an open COM port.

Solution 1: This Critical Patch resolves this issue by adding a new
            scan tool to the agent installation package.

1.2 Enhancements

The following enhancement is included in this critical patch:

Enhancement 1:  This critical patch updates the Tmcomm engine files
                to remove certain vulnerabilities.

3. System Requirements

You must install Trend Micro Safe Lock TXOne Edition GM before
installing this Critical Patch.


4. Installation/Uninstallation
======================================================================
This section explains key steps for installing the Critical Patch.

4.1 Installing
======================================================================
To install:

(1) Copy the critical patch executable file to a local folder on the
    computer where you have installed Trend Micro Safe Lock TXOne
    Edition 1.1.

(2) Run the critical patch executable file.

(3) In the setup screen, click "Install" and follow the on-screen
    instructions to complete the installation.  

The "Installation successful" message will appear after the system
    completes the installation.

4.2 Uninstalling
======================================================================
No special uninstallation instructions are provided.


5. Post-installation Configuration
======================================================================
No post-installation steps are required.


6. Known Issues
======================================================================
There are no known issues for this Critical Patch release.
