  ======================================================================
     Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security protects small business 
     users and assets from data theft, identity theft, risky websites, 
     and spam (Advanced Only).


     1.1 Overview of This Release
     ===================================================================
     This release contains solutions to known issues discovered after 
     the release of Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 Service Pack 1.


     1.2 Who Should Install This Release
     ===================================================================
     You should install this patch if you are running any build of 
     Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 Service Pack 1.
     
    
  2. What's New
  ======================================================================
     This release includes the following enhancements and resolves the    
     the following known issues:

     2.1 Enhancements
     ===================================================================
     The following enhancements are included in this patch:

     Enhancement 1: (SEG-99231)
                    Apache(TM) - This patch updates the Apache module to
                    prevent potential vulnerabilities.

     Enhancement 2: Microsoft(TM) Edge(TM) Chromium version 88/89 - This
                    patch enables Worry-Free Business Security to check
                    URLs and websites in the new Chromium-based Edge web
                    browser.


     2.2 Resolved Known Issues
     ===================================================================
     This patch resolves the following issues:

     Issue 1:     (SEG-99266)
                  On the Worry-Free Business Security agent console, the
                  browsing window does not appear after users click the
                  "Browse" button.                  
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 1:  This patch resolves this issue.  

     Issue 2:     (SEG-98908)
                  The Worry-Free Security Agent appears twice on the 
                  startup menu of the task manager.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 2:  This patch resolves this issue. 

     Issue 3:     (SEG-88712)
                  In Update Deployment logs on the Security Server, the
                  "Date/Time" field displays "N/A" while "Information
                  Unavailable" appears on the "Result" field.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 3:  This patch ensures that Update Deployment logs display
                  the correct date/time information and update results. 
 
     Issue 4:     (SEG-97010)
                  Outdated pattern files remain on the Security Server.
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     Solution 4:  This patch ensures that outdated pattern files are 
                  removed promptly from the Security Server. 

     Issue 5:     (SEG-101958)(SEG-100818)
                  An issue prevents the Messaging Security Agent from 
                  saving configuration changes.

     Solution 5:  This patch resolves this issue.

  4. System Requirements
  ======================================================================
     You must install Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 Service Pack 1 
     before installing this patch.     


  5. Installation
  ======================================================================
     This section explains key steps for installing the patch.


     5.1 Installing
     ===================================================================
     To install:

     1. Copy the patch executable file to a temporary folder, for 
        example, "C:\temp".

     2. Double-click the file. The modules are automatically copied to
        the correct destination.
      
     This patch installation package automatically rolls back the 
     Security Server to its previous configuration if there are
     problems during installation.

     If you encounter problems after installation, manually roll back 
     the Security Server to the original configuration.


     5.2 Uninstalling
     ===================================================================
     To manually roll back to the previous build:

     1. Locate the backup folder that the patch package created in the 
        "\PCCSRV\Backup\Patch_B2309" directory.

     2. Copy the backup modules to the original folders.

     3. Run the "TmTouch.exe" tool to trigger the hotfix mechanism.

        To run "TmTouch.exe": 

        a. Open a command prompt on the server.

        b. At the command prompt, browse to 
           "PCCSRV\admin\utility\touch". 

        c. Use the following syntax to run the touch tool:

           TmTouch.exe {filename}

           NOTE: {filename} is the file that you want to roll back.
  
        "TmTouch.exe" changes the file creation date to the current 
        system time.


  6. Post-installation Configuration
  ======================================================================
     No post-installation steps are required.

     NOTE: Trend Micro recommends that you update your scan engine and
           virus pattern files immediately after installing the product.


  7. Known Issues
  ======================================================================
     The following is a known issue for this release:

     7.1 Script Analyzer does not work on Edge Chromium 88/89
     -------------------------------------------------------------------
     This happens because of the API change in Edge Chromium 88/89.
 
     7.2 Web Reputation/URL Filtering blocking page does not display.
     -------------------------------------------------------------------
     The Trend Micro blocking page does not display when a Web 
     Reputation or a URL Filtering detection occurs on Edge 88/89. 
     However, the website that the user attempted to visit that 
     triggered the detection is blocked and a detection log is 
     generated.
